    Steven Mnuchin was petitioned to pay Jesha Miller 145 million dollars for default by the Judicial Branch violating the 14th amendment right to due process. These rights are guaranteed so when officials DEFAULT ( meaning failure to fulfill an obligation )  the treasury disburse the money so the treasury is obligated to pay. Steven Mnuchin has disparaged this failing to pay which is oppression, that is prolonged CRUEL OR UNJUST TREATMENT OR CONTROL. This is A FEDERAL CRIME pursuant to Title 18 sec. 241 - conspiracy to deny rights & oppression which carries up to a ten year sentence. Failure to pay the debt in 7 days the U.S. Attorney Jeff Sessions is petitioned to indict & arrest for conspiracy & oppression. Evading this is a tactic used to CONTINUE OPPRESSION.
